Houston
The Houston Dynamo continue to keep Shell Energy Stadium secured. Ben Olsen’s team has yet to concede a goal at home and have earned almost every point possible. Now, the task will become difficult when the Seattle Sounders visit on Saturday. Get your tickets and come cheer on the guys. Let’s go Dynamo!
The Houston Dash kickoff the weekend party tonight as the ladies host current the NWSL champions, Portland Thorns. The Dash have found scoring difficult lately during league play but hope to win at home tonight. Can Maria Sanchez and Diana Ordonez step up and show off their skills and fill the air with magic? DTFO!
Houston Dynamo 2 is the last team to play this weekend, which by the way, all the teams play at home, so go out and at least catch one live game. Dos is looking for a win at SaberCats stadium after a mistake last week lost them the match in Vancouver. The boys should be on a high after a few of the players debuted with the first team midweek against Sporting KC in the US Open Cup. Vamos Dyna Dos!

Major League Soccer
Last Saturday’s Matchday 11 game between FC Dallas and St. Louis CITY SC, originally suspended due to inclement weather, will resume on Wednesday, June 7 at 7:30 P< CT at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
The Round of 16 in the 2023 US Open Cup is set, as 14 Major League Soccer teams and two USL Championship clubs learned their opponent via Thursday's draw. The Dynamo will be taking on Minnesota United on May 23rd at Shell Energy Stadium.
Rivalry week begins this weekend with Montreal taking on Toronto. Montreal knocked Toronto out of the Canadian Championship on Tuesday. NY Red Bulls take on NYCFC to decide which color New York will get the bragging rights. Austin will face off against Dallas. And LA Galaxy will play the California Clasico against San Jose Earthquakes on Sunday night.
The Colorado Rapids placed winger Max Alves on paid administrative leave Wednesday in connection with alleged unlawful sports gambling, a source with knowledge of the situation told ESPN.

Marcelo Bielsa has agreed to become coach of Uruguay's national team, an executive of the country's soccer association said on Thursday. Jorge Casales, a member of the executive committee of the Uruguayan soccer association, told The Associated Press that the former Leeds United manager will sign a contract through the 2026 World Cup.
United States captain Tyler Adams is unlikely to play again for Leeds this season. Adams underwent hamstring surgery in March and Leeds manager Sam Allardyce confirmed Thursday he does not expect the defensive midfielder to feature in the team's final three games as it battles to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
Federico Gatti scored with a header seven minutes into added time to earn Juventus a 1-1 home draw against Sevilla in their Europa League semifinal first leg on Thursday.
Sergio Busquets will leave Barcelona when his contract expires this summer, the club announced on Wednesday, bringing to an end a spell that has seen him win eight LaLiga titles and three Champions Leagues. Busquets, 34, had an offer to extend his stay at Spotify Camp Nou, with Barca coach Xavi Hernandez expressing his desire for the club captain to remain at the club.
