Dynamo host Meet the Team for season ticket members

The Houston Dynamo held their annual Meet the Team event for season ticket members last night and it did not disappoint. The event was held at Houston Sports Park, the training ground for both the Dynamo and Dash. While the weather was still in the mid-90s, not many complaints were heard from the fans. Having the opportunity of meeting and possibly snapping a picture with their favorite players had the crowd filled with excitement. 

Apart from the three players out due to international duties in Adalberto Carrasquilla, Héctor Herrera, and Xavier Valdez, the rest of the squad was in attendance. The squad was broken into four sections. A group of players was playing small-sided games with fans, another group was mingling near the food trucks provided by the club for everyone in attendance to enjoy. Griffin Dorsey was even taking food orders for one of them! The other two groups were inside the training facility, with half providing autographs for the fans and the other doing a Q&A session hosted by Edgar Veliz. The groups wererotated throughout the night. 

Fans were also given the chance to take a behind the scenes tour of the team’s training facility such as their locker room, cafeteria, meeting room, and trainer room. Overall, everyone seemed to really enjoy the event with Amine Bassi, by far, the player being asked for pictures and autographs.
