Dynamo sign midfielder Luis Caicedo

The Dynamo have announced the signing of Colombian midfielder Luis Caicedo. The 26-year-old last played in Major League Soccer for the New England Revolution in 2021. He last was under contract at Cortulua in Colombia and has been a free agent since his contract ran out at the end of December.

Caicedo made 65 appearances for New England from 2018 to 2021. He brings much needed depth to a Dynamo midfield that is talented but lacking in numbers. Caicedo does have a green card from his time with the Revolution and will count as a domestic player for MLS registration purposes.
