Houston Dynamo at Atlanta United staff picks

The Houston Dynamo will look to come back from the break in winning fashion tonight in Atlanta. We asked our staff for their predictions on tonight’s match against Atlanta United.

Cristian - 3-1 Dynamo win
(Record: 4-11)

The road Dynamo will strike again. After a week off and the batteries all charged up, the Dynamo should be coming out on top against a coach-less Atlanta. Also, Steve Clark back in goal (possibly), should be a huge plus.

Rudy - 1-1 draw
(Record: 7-8)

Houston should be recharged and refreshed after an international break in which they didn’t lose many players. Atlanta is dealing with many issues, and this will be a perfect game for Houston to earn more road points.

Joey - 2-1 Dynamo win
(Record: 6-9)

Atlanta are going to be without a coach and several important players. This feels like a potential trap game. Ben Olsen has shown that the away form is much better this season and should be able to get a result with a healthy squad.

Dustyn - 1-1 draw
(Record: 3-12)

I’m pretty bad at these picks. I might as well roll a die or flip a coin. Let’s go with a point on the road tonight, which means someone is going to win the game outright.
