Dash trim preseason roster to 30 players

The Houston Dash announced today that they have trimmed their preseason roster down to 30 players. Defender Courtney Petersen and midfielder Bárbara Olivieri have been added to the roster. Petersen signed a two-year contract on February 13th after her rights were acquired in a trade with Orlando Pride. Olivieri signed with the Dash after being released from her contract in Mexico.
In getting down to 30 players, the Dash released the following trialists: goalkeeper Grace Barbara, midfielder Hope Breslin, defender Chai Cortez, defender Hailey Davidson, midfielder Wasila Diwura-Soala, defender Brionna Halverson, midfielder Libby Moore, and forward Danielle Murguia. Goalkeeper Savannah Madden, who was also on trial, is still with the club.
